As a Mental Health Professional and Mediator, I work with clients towards finding creative and respectful resolutions in the midst of separation, divorce, and other disputes.
I bring 30 years of experience counseling and coaching people to understand how to behave in their own best interest, honor and regulate their emotions and live in congruence with their values. Facilitating peaceful solutions and preserving meaningful connections is my passion and purpose. My approach is direct, empathic and encouraging of mindful perspective taking.
