ZOOM VIRTUAL CLASS
In Narrative Mediation, we see conflict as a struggle between two forces in one story. The mediator's role is to destabilize the individual narratives so a new story can emerge by both parties. The new narrative uses the lessons learned from the old ones and is based on each party's willingness to hold themselves accountable to his/her part of the conflict and the long-term success of the new agreement.
