Dale Carstensen, Certifed Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), will be presenting on “The Intersection of Divorce and Real Estate” for this November’s monthly educational meeting. As a CDRE, Dale wants to show how CDREs are there to help your clients develop a holistic view of their real estate options. The discussion will focus on tips to help leverage the real estate allied professional in Collaborative divorce. Dale will discuss typical issues that occur with divorce agreements, and how to avoid negative effects on your client's equity. Dale will also be discussing the CDRE training process, and the ethics CDREs are sworn to uphold.
